Carvedilol

Im not completely sure. But I think I've called Monu on CHF, and they said no matter when diagnosed with CHF they would be a yes to their question on 6b.)

Did you document that they had CHF, and thats what the meds were for or just answer 7b.) yes.??

Im not discouraging what you did by any means, but now I am just really curious. Because I'll attempt to put my CHF people with monumental std. if thats the case.

It's not unusual to get a different answer by calling underwriting vs submitting an application.

I hear you there. I just wonder if Cali had marked yes on 7b.) and the person was on one med for his CHF... but this med could also be used for HBP.

they think on 7b maybe its a yes to liver or insulin shots or whatever.

the processors didnt put 1 and 1 together and issued as applied for not thinking about the CHF. just speculating

I had a client on meds (Not sure if it was carvedilol or something else) for CHF, but no oxygen, so I submitted it standard with Monu. I told him, im not sure this will go thru, and if it doesnt, ill come back & write u a ROP policy...he was fine with that. 3 days later it was approved by Monu!

Try that approach!

Just curious, did Monumental call the client?

Hello,

5 Star will take them if it has been over a year since they were diagnosed as graded 30/70%. There is no perception check.

Thanks
