Anybody ever get standard with Monumental? Looking at their UW guideline.. *see page 8.. it says standard if within 2 years...

I always thought CHF was a knockout...

That's a dual use drug. Also given for afib.
 
I know that CHF question still has me scratching my head. To give first day coverage to someone with CHF would be awesome. But you don't find too many people with CHF that also don't have some other problems, thus answering to questions yes on Mons app.
 
They talk out of both sides of their mouth. The question on the ap says any treatment in the last 12 months is ROP. The guide says that includes any medications taken. Doesn't matter what the RX list says. They can't answer the question on the ap no if they are taking it for CHF. You should call and ask them about it.
 
You got immediate through Foresters with someone diagnoised with CHF?

Yeah u can... If u can get your client to lie about it, cause it's right there on the app, question #5a.

PS- Foresters is fast tho, very fast. I submitted an app last week on Tuesday afternoon to EFES (who then submits it to Foresters). Wed morning I got an email from them saying they received it... Wed night I got an email saying issued, then I was paid on Fri.
