Changing IMO’s - do I need to get recontracted with my companies?

I hear they're, "attracting a lot of agents but treating them like garbage when they want to leave".

I don't know about that. I've never joined/left them. We've had a few agents come to us from them and vice versa.

We're friendly competitors so maybe it's different for us.

But I'm going to go out on a ledge and say that many IMOs treat people less than stellar on the way out.

I was just joking around. See post #7.

I know they do! I'm just glad that we don't do that. If we did, we wouldn't have agents coming back to us once they find out the grass really wasn't as green as they thought.
