changing products in same carrier commissions or no?!?!!

I don't know about your contract(s), but most of my FMO contracts address this issue. If it is not addressed in the contract, it's a crap shoot. At that point, you can hire an attorney if you don't get what you think you should.

My point is, read your contract. Don't sign a contract you don't understand, and look for another FMO if he doesn't treat you right. Next time you are offered a contract, make the FMO spell out this provision if it isn't included.
 
I know that Humana will now pay their agents for a plan to plan change, but that is for their captive agents.

Prior to that, when I was with the dark side (ie Humana) it was a crap shoot. Sometimes you got paid, sometimes you did not.

Most of the upper management there answered questions like politicians, they gave an answer that had no answer.

I guess that is one difference. They won't pay it for delegated. Otherwise though I can't really complain with how fast I got paid for 2007.
