Charter House Leads

Any one ever heard of or have any experience with these guys? Couldn't find anything in search

TheCharterhouseGroup.com

They blast emailed me with solicitation for FE leads

Well, now, there's a new twist. Used to be the best annuity leads blah blah blah. Phil Solesky also took down all his reference to the neo-fill, neo-con, neo-tech, yeah, that's what it is - neo-tech! That stuff is just plain weird. You can google it. look up phil solesky neo tech and you'll see some stuff.

Anyway, don't bother.

Glad I found this forum. Charterhouse, annuities, rework your existing database? What a crock.
You mentioned neo neo crap, yes, really too bizzare for me.
What is with the false claim that Phil has Turrets? Did anyone ever speak with Gene Knotts (country as they come)? I happen to know that Gene Knotts is really Phil Solesky. I spoke with him (and him) many times and the voice is the same tone and pitch...and I can detect a phony accent. Really, imagine pretending to be someone who works for you and you tell all kinds of crap about that person! It's quite transparent. However, I was curious and didn't care about the financial risk at the time. So here I am, staring at a pile of useless marketing busy work that never produced ONE SINGLE sale! Oh, and if you try to challenge Gene (because you will never ever speak to Phil after you sign on) about the lack of results from the bogus program, he'll tell you that you didn't do it to the letter.
Honestly, more people should be able to find real opinions about Charterhouse.
Let's spread the word...

Robert

Compliance is bullsh**

That threw up red flags right there. Even if what he was saying was true, the fact that he had to say bullsh** says that he is lacking in the class department.

I called Charterhouse inquiring about FE. I was told I could get contracted with Forethought at 110% and buy telemarketed leads at $15/lead. I am new to this and putting all Neo-Nazi/Scientology aside...or whatever they are into...is this not a pretty good deal?

Which book do you want? I probably have it! HAHA
I'm ashamed to admit it, but I think I bought the total 'kit'.

Despite all this Neo-Nazi/Scientology or whatever crap they are in to....I called and apparently they are offering top GA contracts with Forethought and also are offering a pretty good telemarketing lead campaign for FE. Is this solid, or is it as sketchy as their beliefs???

Unless they have some insurance sales associates getting the leads, I'd stay clear. Don't you think 110% is a little too good to be true? I mean, I'm sure you'll get that contract...but I wouldn't count on any leads of any value. $15 is pretty high. I bet they only qualify the person as far as 1) living 2) hearing 3) age 4) and agrees that they don't have enough insurance. Beware...I'll bet my last dollar that they will not be able to afford FE and probably don't even have a bank account.
But, you'll have to see to be sure...

One more thought...if you were Charterhouse...wouldn't you rather sell over the phone (as they claim they are so good at) and cut the FE agent in the field out? I mean, if the lead is any good, why not proceed with the sale right there? Makes me wonder.

Thanks Merlin, you are correct, our FE program is about as fair as there is in that market. as for "Robert", i don't even know who you are, but thanks for the interesting comments. as for "Rick", i'll correct you, you are wrong and in fact, if not illegal, it is certainly stupid to have the prospect press "1" and be sent to a live operator. that is something entirely different called "broadcasting". And, BTW the call to us that you're referring to, never happened.
As for the Midwest guy. thanks for the free publicity. i had thought about calling the book Compliance Is B.S., but it wouldn't be telling the truth because Compliance Is Bullshit!
So far we've done 3 blasts for the book, we've sold 93 and have had 0 complaints. However, we don't knowingly sell to compliance people so i guess you're SOL.
