Merlin, thanks for the posts. You are correct, in the FE business our lead program and contract is about as good as it gets.
"Robert", thanks for taking the time out of your successful career to make so many posts. Trouble is, I have no idea who you are and the info you posted could easily be obtained free by ordering my sales package.
"Rick", you are simply misinformed AND I'm quite sure the conversation you refer to with us, never happened. It is perfectly legal to have someone press "1" and get a voicemail message. Pressing "1" to get a live operator is called voice broadcasting and in this business would be insanity.
Finally, Midwest man, thanks for the free plug for the book. If Compliance were BS, i would have called it that, but since it's not, I felt that calling the book Compliance Is Bullshit! was the only honest way to go. So far 93 books have been sold with very little advertising and we've only had a complaint that it was only available on e-book.
Of course, we don't knowingly sell to compliance people, sorry.

Stay away from this guy he is all BS. We sent him $2500.00 and did not get anything but a bunch of usless trash and no leads. He is all talk no substance. I hope our loss is your gain.

One way to get some questions answered is to call Insurance company direct and speak to marketing and or contracting and start asking questions. If it does not all add up hopefully it will raise some red flags. Do your homework so you don't get stung by the bee.
