We have seen a lot of companies provides cheap insurance quotes. But they also maintains all the facilities and terms. I don't know how they do it.

Can any body share with us whats the secret to make a cheap insurance quotes?

I'm assuming you are asking about the ads for saving money by going with Geico, Allstate, etc...? Smoke and mirrors to get you signed up. They are quoting the best possible scenario with all the discounts-- many of which do not apply to every customer. In retail, it is called bait and switch. Sooner or later, this kind of advertising will be stopped.

It is a lead generation for insurance companies. Consumers are provided free quotes for them to compare rates.
