It comes integrated with your Google Apps suite, you just have to specify it to be turned on.

How does Chromebook work with Skype-ing or using with join.me or go to meeting ?

You can't download and install programs. Doesn't seem to be a Skype app. Didn't check join.me or GTM. If you need those applications Chromebook probably won't work for you.

I found info online that suggests a new program is out there that allows Chrome to screen share. Also read that Radius allows screen share. I don't have it. Found that interesting if true.

Yes. Other person has to have a google account and log in through google.
