I have a client that is having issues with chronic migraines. He wants to purchase life insurance, would he get rejected?

The Devil's in the details. Mild, moderate, occasional migraines with an over the counter med or a single prescription med is completely acceptable, even preferred rates. If however they are severe, frequent, or increasing in frequency, then it'll get looked into much more deeply as it may be secondary to something else that is more of a concern.
