Cica Underwriting ?

Haven't wrote Cica in a while. Wrote someone today with chf and non insulin disabetic . On eliquis,Spironalactone and jardiance and they dropped to gi. That's clearly a level one . Anyone else seen this type underwriting with them ?

Their UW is unpredictable. I did one on Monday that went standard, but have done several that went GI and then had to go elsewhere and got level.

Yeah but this should have been level based on the questions and drugs . Had to pivot to GTL as no one else takes CHF level . I'm not wasting my time trying Trans

I wrote a woman on spironolactone and furosemide, who swore she did not have CHF, with Foresters. They asked about it, but she said it was just for leg swelling in the AZ heat and they took her standard and she's been on the books for four yrs.

Wrote a male COPD tobacco on metformin Monday . Declined with Trans issued Standard CICA.
Went Trans first more expensive but this guy had DE.
