Sounds your up to no good. Trying to fraud the insurance company..eventually your will end up in jail.

I work in software and am developing a few products for insurance companies and hence it is a need to understand how things actually happen.

I do, and I employ others around the nation who do so as well. The insight provided was accurate. If you have to ask if your claim is valid, you probably are aware that something might not be entirely right about it, and if that is the case, it rapidly becomes obvious to all.

If that is the case, you probably need to ask a lot more specific questions of the specific carriers you are developing for, rather than some vague question like "What are the parameters I should keep in mind while filing a claim to ensure that my claim is valid?" on a random forum.
