Zurich use to be Thomcos market, now for the first time since 1986 Thomco is out of the Para transit market.
 
I wonder if the issue is not what is being marketed but how the risk is marketed.

Assuming this is a professionally owned and operated entity with some experienced personnel with some industry integrity, a significant vehicle and workers compensation exposure, general and professional liability exposures, employee benefit plans and some property exposures, it seems to me a risk like this would be much more attractive collectively than it would be line by line.

Why would any carrier be anxious to risk their assets on an individual line? Isn't there a way to make the risk more attractive?

I just got done with a case way worse than this a Security Company with arm guards with a payroll of 3.2 mil and some loses, and was still able to get them a much higher divedend plan of 24% from a 15% before and I was able to get them a safty credit and drug free credit factor which lower their premiums by 10k, but it all comes down to relationships with underwriters and selling the deal to them, and also it has to do with the amount of volume that you currently write with them. but once again I can get this placement done for you....let me know
