Client Moving to SC QLE Needs to Change Carriers

I'm looking for someone who can help a great client of mine in SC enroll in MP coverage with BC due to a QLE of moving from GA to SC.

I'm aware of the carriers available in this market but would like a familiar BC provide key details to the 2 plan options in the area they are moving to.
