Boy don't I love these voice mail messages

"I have some questions concerning my account"

Thats is no idea what they want to know so I could look it up and then they are never available, I just spent 3 weeks following up on one of these messages. I normally leave a message per day for the first week a couple messages the second week and my finaly message is something like this.

John this is Peter Langelier with Horizon Financial once again returning your call concerning questions on your account. If you still need to speak with me please call me with a time and number to reach you...

I know some of you will think I'm nuts for calling more than three times but I've done it the other way before and I do a lot of 403(b)s with teachers and if they get upset when I didn't get back to them...there words they take it up with the payroll dept or the superintendent. and I don't want to lose a payroll slot over it....

Then theres the home office employee that sent a letter to my client headed dear jack a$$....Needless to say I lost that client.
