Other than Guaranteed issue does anyone know of a carrier that takes a person with diabetic nephropathy? 81 year old male on insulin.

Didn’t Wayne Daniel help develop cica product ? He’s long time fe guy . He’s knows the incredible importance of ss billing especially with direct express business . How could he have not stressed to cica how critical that is ? Unless the company just refused to do .
