I'd really like to understand if agents are finding that their clients are frustrated trying to find brand name GLP-1's like Ozempic or Mounjaro.

Finding them from a pharmacy or finding a plan to cover those specific drugs? If finding a plan, what kind of plan. Group, individual?

Both scenarios. I think there's a lot of misinformation out there. I've heard reports that agents are being asked directly if they know of a source to reliably find brand meds. That's obviously difficult with the shortage and that's going to become even more acute post AEP / OEP. Honestly I'd like to get into more details and ask a lot more questions, but I just got informed that Insurance-Forums has an issue with me engaging with the agent community about GLP-1's because I operate a business in that space. There's some kind of relationship that ownership has already. So there's an agreement that companies that "compete with that business" can't advertise or engage with agents on Insurance-Forums. The addressable market for GLP-1's is over 100M American's and there's no single company that can serve more than 3M recurring members but I guess that doesn't matter because someone thinks they're going to corner the market on compounding...
