At the risk of a shameless plug, if he were in fact a price shopper this is where a comparative price analysis could have helped. I would have put the iPad in in front of him and showed him all 30 companies and went from there..

Please develop an iPad app. Pretty please.

SD: You have the #1 requirement of what it takes to succeed. A willingness to listen , to learn and put what you learn to use. A lot of folks never develop that trait. The answers and suggestions you get from folks may not always work for you but you will never know if you never try them. Good luck and congrats on becoming a top producer.

Thanks Rouse....... always trying to learn... I am not a top producer yet, but have used this board to learn, and even ride with an experienced agent who is. I learned his seceret, Reardon works darn hard.......

Yes I'm home today, the clutch went out on my car... Darn 14 year old BMW's

SD: Was Reardon driving his Hillbilly Hearse? Or does he just use that in Tennessee? I think you have what it takes to be a TP.. Just remember, if you find yourself in a situation that isn't working out, don't whine and cry about it like a lot of folks do on the forum. Just make a change and keep on plugging. No one can get you from being a success if you really want it.... Have done a walk through in the neighborhood while waiting for the car to be repaired?

To chicken to do a walk through in my neighborhood :) But tomorrow when it is actually being fixed, I just might... thanks for the suggestion.. No R was not driving his hillbilly hearse, but I think that was the "height of irony" when I read it. If he had pulled up in that when I met him.... I probably would have high tailed it back to West TN... ;) I agree you never know what will work for you / me, whatever it is has to fit your personality. I have had little luck with selling premium, but I am going to continue to try.

Best,

SD
