It's just an absolute lie to say that a new agent will close 25 to 40% of these junk leads.

Just a bald faced lie!!

And again with the casket crap? That's not part of the policy. It's even a separate contract and it's not guaranteed.

Is this how you have to recruit?
If the original poster would join my team for a few weeks he could then report back to this thread the good, the bad, the ugly. I'm very transparent about this opportunity.

And since you've never tried this platform before...well...your comments are coming from someone who has zero experience with this. You sound like a med student saying "you can't do a heart bypass operation because the patient will die"...yet heart bypass operations happen all the time....and with different surgeons...and with different hospitals...and with different health plans...and in different states. See the similarity?

No. That's just a stupid argument.

But that's all you have is stupidity and dishonesty.

And I'm not he can't do it. I'm saying you're lying that it is being done.

Agents always get an immediate release as this is one carrier per IMO, not a group of carriers per IMO. Agents' renewals are paid once their account clears out. The accounts will clear out quicker on a 60% advance platform than a 75% advance platform would. That's why IMO's representing multiple carriers require an idle period of 6 months (so the account can clear out) before releasing that agent to another IMO with the same carriers.

The worst case scenario is if an agent is on the 60% advance platform and it looks as if the 40% will not clear out debt within 90 days (poor persistency) then all that agent needs to do is pay off the outstanding balance of debt and they'll receive renewals with no interruption. Use a c.card that reimburses a % of your charges back to you or take out a bank loan to clear out the debt using the monthly commission statement showing the earnings to the loan officer as collateral if needed.
Wasn't there a discussion a while back about an agent wanting to move from one SL IMO to another and SL would not let them? That doesn't sound like they give immediate releases.

All of our policies include the casket locked in at $2000 for the insured's life, (the funeral homes charge about $5000 to $6000 for the same casket and that's at today's prices), discounts on vaults, monuments, urns, diabetic supplies,

How long after the death is reported is the casket shipped out? Is the claim processed and paid out without the death certificate. Don't forget the 2+ days shipping to the vast majority of United States

Here's how the numbers work out without any sugar coating:

_Let's say you work 20 of these free, fresh, exclusive final expense leads (over a 3 day period) and you make only 5 sales (you'll usually average 5-8 sales per 20 of these leads, remember they're only 45 sec old when you start talking with them).
_Let's say the monthly premium is $65 (premiums usually average $60 to $95)

Here's what you'd make:
$65 monthly premium x 12 months x 45% commission x 60% advance x 5 sales = $1053. That's $1053 deposited into your bank account for only 3 days of effort. And since we received a 60% advance (7 1/2 months) we receive the other 40% divided evenly on months 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 after chargebacks. (Charge backs are never deducted from the agents' advances). And life time renewals start on the 13th month. Imagine if you did this 4, 5 or even 6 days a week as you can work more than 20 leads each week if you wish.

If that same agent wrote the same amount but on 120% contracts, they would make $3510 instead of $1053. That's a $2457 difference! Don't you think they could get 20 great leads for $2457? How about the renewals on the back end? Wouldn't they be much greater than what they would get with SL since they would be on a much higher contract? Let's also not forget that the independent agent has a much better selection of carriers to help the client get the best bang for their buck! When you run the numbers...SL is not so great for the average agent.

Regular 120% comp you pay for leads . You get 5-7% renewals . Free leads you get 30-50% comp and zero renewals. Free leads your an 8-5 employee for life living pay check to paycheck on a hamster wheel . Only your upline gets rich . I suppose if you want to just see if Insurance is for you its ok for a few months .
Hey hey hey stop exposing these guys
