You do realize that Everlasting Legacy is the one selling the casket, from its inventory of 200+ caskets, to the family for $2000, and also shipping the selected casket to the funeral home with no charge for shipping/handing right? I don't want to be stealing $$$ from a blind man..lol.

I know where the gimmick is. I also know there is no warehouse full of caskets they have purchased. I also know that they can just not send anything anytime they chose to not. The language in that separate contract even says Legacy can cancel at anytime.

So, once I post that language on here you are sending "$$$"?

For the Legacy? No idea. They don't get termed because I've helped people cancel and the agent is still there.

If they get commissioned on it they would. I doubt they get a commission on it.

When FEX picked up SL a few years ago I looked over the contract and decided I didn't want them. I didn't get too far into the details.

They get commissioned on it indirectly. The first year commission is higher if Legacy is purchased plus the plans only pay renewals if Legacy is purchased so I wonder if a someone drops Legacy if SL ceases to pay renewals?

I understand that. But they already lost that when the policy was cancelled.
