This needs to be in the reform section. Because reform really means take over attempt.
Are you kidding me? They actually extended from 9 to 15 months!?!?!
Am I alone on this? To me all that is a tactic to win public support for a govt. plan. Think about it? The average asspipe who got the extention is thinking "Maybe the govt. running health insurance isn't so bad ..." This is turn puts more pressure on Congress as public opinion sways to the absurd.

They are trying to sneak it in, attached to an unrelated bill.
On its own, it wouldn't make it through.

It has passed the house, Senate is next week, just prior to the holidays.

More "free insurance" - and I agree, this is definitely designed to sway the public. Now Pelosi says she will drop the public option, but this is only done to quiet everyone down. Once people get apathetic again, then they will sneak it right back in.
