I am not looking for a hand out or charity, I am looking for an opportunity to grow in a field that I feel I have a vast amount of potential. Currently my office is located in St. Petersburg and that it is just too far to drive everyday and it has just worn me down. This, however, is not the reason I wish to leave my position, it is due to the fact that I work inside of a call center. We are a heavily manned operation that sells P&C to the masses. I sold over twenty policies last month alone and made sales excellence. The pay is great to start, but there is really very little room to move up from there if you want to be a producer. That is why I am asking for someone who owns their own agency and who is successful at the business to mentor me. Please, no chop shops and no one looking for agency fodder, I know several will try regardless of the warning. Just someone who will take the time to teach and school me in the art of insurance. Currently, I hold both my P&C and my LH and Annuity Licenses. Feel free to PM me.
