Columbian Service On FE

For some reason Columbian seems to take a lot of grief on the forum but one thing they do is give great service.. Last Wednesday at approximately 11:35AM, I uploaded an FE app through the website.. At 12:55PM I received and email asking me to verify the gender (Her name was Ruth but I had checked male).. I responded at 1:09PM. At 1:39 I received an email telling me it had been issued as applied.. Received the policy today. This was a case where I elected not to do a POS. I also did not use the phone app that can give an immediate approval.. In other words, it was just a standard old fashioned paper application..(with an error)

The fastest I have heard of them issuing a policy is 18 minutes from time of upload of the paper app to the time of the approval email.

This has also been the type of service I have received from very department in the home office. Always get quick, accurate answers to all my questions and almost immediate response to anything I ask for.

Are they still F2F only?
 
For Columbian there is not phone interview needed ?
It is now optional... If you don't do one at the time of sale, they will call if the MIB or Script check turns up something that requires more info. You can also use their quoting app to input the proscription drugs they take and about 2 minutes after you submit the info, you get an immediate decision without the phone call. You still have to submit the paper or eapp.
