I am looking for a site lik that gives me informations about commrcial properties like Zillow.com does for residentials, but I also need owners name and address, so I can snd them a marketing letter. Thanks for your help.

As far as I know, you'll have to work with a data company to get this. I don't know of a zillow compatible for commercial and even zillow doesn't give names of owners or addresses.

You'll probably have to make an investment in your company to get this info. You can go to Dun and Bradstreet and get this type of info if you are just looking for a source.

I'll save you a few clicks, the link I meant to post is to zapdata, which is the data arm for dun and bradstreet.

This will take a while but it is free. Its an old and cheap (now broke) real estate agent's trick. Go to your county tax assessor's website it should have a mapit link. Start with a business address you know and wholla you can get a info on all the property owners mailing addresses in that area. You know the one the county sends the tax bill to. I do this everytime I get a listing to send "Just Listed" postcards to the surrounding neighbors. I have even sold a few properties this way and now have relationships with property owners who now want to (some have to) sell for my list. But there are no Buyers:1frown:. It beats paying for info that your tax dollars have already paid for. Now this will be info on who owns the buildings and not the tenants. Good luck

Thank you all for infos.
I have tried county office. It works if I go there at records office. Only tax bill and APN # can be accessed on line but not the owners infos. Maybe it's different in Georgia than Calif.

Try the local library and get on Reference USA dot com. I use it almost every day to look up various businesses and they should have commercial building info too.

Hello,

Try to Google it with phrases like commercial properties for lease, commercial property etc, you will get some useful links for your self.
