Commercial Condo Policy Winterhaven FL

I need to purchase a policy for some rental units I have in Winterhaven FL.

Property is owned by a LLC.

They are condos, rented 30 days+, never less.



My concerns:

-I received a few quotes, all excluded water back up (i.e. a toilet over flowing, or possibly washer dryer water lines breaking)

-Commercial policies seem to not cover any liability, which I can put under another policy I have if necessary - but I need to discuss this

-Coverage for contents (not a huge value, they are small units..)

-Coverage for loss of rental income should claim occur

-These are condos so association covers external, etc., etc.,
