I am developing some systems for agents to step into to help them succeed, and one of the things that i am trying to do is find a good fact finder for just "gathering data" from businesses. I want the agent to go to businesses and have a generic form that will gather most of the pertinant information from the business owner for producing a quote when they get back to the office. I know that different policies have different information that we need to gather, but generally, the main important questions to ask should be out there on a form of some kind and i really do not want to recreate the wheel on this one. My hope is to get a form from someone, or get a link to a place where i can find these types of forms....this is my first post, i am a fairly green commercial agent, but have great carriers and would like to expand my commercial business and have some tools for agents that work for me that would help them gather data and not have to go back to the customer again and again to get the information needed to complete the quote process. It would help me as well, as i stated earlier that i am fairly green in this line of business. Any help would be appreciated.
