Commercial Motorcycle Insurance

I have a client who markets to Harley dealerships. He has a nice bike and he will using it (along with some employees) to market to these guys.

Any ideas for a standard company that might do this? Progressive, Amod, Foremost all don't want commercial exposures in their bike programs. This is in Ohio. Will I probably just have to go through a wholesaler?

Are you trying personal auto insurance with business use?

or

commercial auto insurance?

If it was just the owner driving it I think personal with business use would be fine. However the employees occasionally use it, which I think creates the need for a commercial policy.
