I talked to a Allstate agent (back about April/May) that had a 10m book. He said he wouldn't be able to service his debt/pay employees at the "new and improved" commission. He was looking for a way out.

If he has a $10,000,000 book, some other company will be happy to give him a contract.

Captive Allstate agents are not in good hands! Indy's looking for talent may want to reach out.
Unfortunately, in Nevada at least, they're very few talented Allstate agents or they wouldn't be there to begin with. Allstate is the worst of the captives out here across the board since I can remember.
