Comparable FIA to equitable grand teton

Hello,

I'm looking for a competitive annuity that accumulates similar to, or better than the equitable grand teton series. Since there are so many, I'm hoping that an actual expert knows, as I do not. Lol
Thank you

Are you competing with them or something?

The illustrations (hypotheticals) are all pretend...they don't provide any meaningful guarantees (for accumulation) or anything (as you're probably aware) so you can make an illustration say anything that you want it to.

I don't write Equitable due to ratings but I"m sure that you can find a product that illustrates close to this product...whether or not it actually does that performance is another question.

What are they illustrating as a best-case return?

Another agent dropped a brochure on a client that has some rollover money. Is a competitive situation. I'm recommending Athene. The equitable product looks to be too new to know how it performs, but the client thinks it's going to perform, because that's how it's been pitched. I think the illustration showed a 6.1% return over the 10yr term, but it's an illustration..

Athene should have that beat or at least be competitive...

I wouldn't put my rollover money with a B+ rated company.

Also, since Equitable sold out, they can't make up their mind what they want to do. I won't use them any more. The only products they have now are Annuities and Med Supps, and they're pulling the Med Supps in a coupe of months.

Midland National has the best accumulation products right now. 8 year Endeavor the plus product has a 3% cash bonus and 100% 2 year par rates on two different great indexes and the one year rates are very good to the par rate without the bonus is 130%

The 10 year Retire Vantage with the 1 % fee is a 200% par rate and with no fee is I think 140% Top rates and best accumulation potential out there .
