I need some feedback. I'm currently using Quomation. I'm on tech chat with them on a regular basis,like this could be on every couple of days. It is always some kind of issue. Is this normal,or this is with all raters, like FSC? Has anyone used them, then switched to something else?

Quomation is a very bad company with bad service I cancel them and they refuse to give me a refund. I use Ezlynx as my rater for home, auto, condo. They are very reliable.

I work for Vertafore and market the FSC product. I can say that the only agents we have lost to automation are the ones that end up not using a rater at all after trying quomation. I would be happy to show you how it works. Also if web based is what you are looking for, we have a platform called PL Rating which prefills the customer data (VINs DL#s and Socials) from the Lexis Nexis (ChoicePoint) database. I started with FSC, switched to Ezlynx for a huge price break and have since gone back to FSC. FSC is quick, easy and accurate. Ezlynx was accurate, but it was not quick or easy.

Bertolino, glad to see you realized the price difference ends up costing money in the long run. Also happy you didn't let pride stand I your way. I see people unhappy with their rater a lot and refuse to come back to FSC for the sole reason of wanting to "stick it to the man" and they know their business is suffering because of it.

I use PL rater I know in Florida you do not support homeowners however I wasn't aware of data transfer from Lexis nexis, do I just add my Lexis nexus ID to the platform?

The reason I switched from EZ lynx was they did not transfer data back and forth to my AMS PL rater does.

I'm in CA and this would be 1 office, 1 user. Currently using EZLynx. Had FSC years ago but thinking of switching back...
