Complaint Record of Each Insurer?

Hi, I've been doing some research on insurers to understand how many complaints get filed against them every year. I came across the NAIC Consumer Information Source that seems to aggregate complaints filed in each state.

It's unfortunately not that detailed and only reports closed complaints. Are there any other data sources that report all the complaints that were filed against an insurer and then how many of those were actually closed?
