The problem is for you is that if you're the one who complains you lose. I've been in situations before where employee ethics are questionable. They don't get fired and life gets tougher for you as you are only there a few hours out of the year.

I'd love to say go for it, but only if you think you'll survive the outcome. You might end up with an HR person who will go out of their way to just simply F with you.
 
once apon a time, i had a dept of defense contract. i had a meeting with the big wigs... i brought it to their attention, that their was corruption going on... after the meeting. my wife said tom.. they are the ones that are corrupt, they took the contract away from me....
 
You should think of selling them your agency.
It make sense.

You would have to sell them on why your experience and relationship is worth the purchase price but what do you have to lose.
