Contract - FE Please Help

I am in NY, doing business in NY only.
I have a contract / compensation schedule for final expense.
ak76a "street level companion"
O-n level product, issue age 76-80 for example,
they have a 55% commission rate year 1
8% renewal rate year 1
11.5% renewal rate years 2-4
6% renewal rate years 5-10
and a .75% renewal service fee in years 11 on
Can someone please tell me what they think about this?
I am new in FE and don't have anything to compare to.

That's a pretty low 1st year commission. The renewal rates don't look too bad though. What company?

Yes, NY is different. However, there are richer contracts available, both with MoO and others. Feel free to contact me. I'm in NY as well and I work with a handful of agents across the state. I'd be happy to help with contracting, lead generation, scripting, sales presentation, etc.
