Anyone have a generic contract I can use with a subagent?

Im NOT starting a "team" or anything--a very promising young man approached ME and he has some natural contacts with markets I just cant get to-and he is just now getting licensed and needs training. I have broker agreements with a few carriers

Just need the contract--something SIMPLE.

"The only contract that counts is a check that clears" right?

I think the best way to handle it is to contract him with the company(ies) (they furnish the contracts) as a down line agent and let them pay him directly. I don't ever want to go back to paying the agents myself..
