Cool Sugar CRM Plug-in for Vocalocity Users

Switched to Vocalocity a few months ago for my office phone service and it looks like they just rolled out a Sugar plug-in that will sync up Sugar with my phone. Looks like they are charging $2.99/mo for the plug-in but I'll pay that all day long.

Update: Got it installed and it is very slick. On outgoing or incoming calls it pops up the record and with one click you can open the record and/or just take notes right within the interface and it saves them to the record.

Holy cow, you must have some serious program that scans the web for posts with your company name in it, that's just amazing you caught that tread so quick. I didn't catch that when I first posted my review.

Still loving the plug-in and can't really imagine taking incoming calls again without it.
