You can also get level at Equitable and Assurity if non-smoker and no oxygen.

They changed the rate class to Std with n/s COPD cases so they are now graded as a smoker rate due to the COPD. This makes them more expensive than Monu Life for COPD cases, so they may have in effect... removed most of those cases from being issued due to price. I was able to get a n/s COPD proposed insured issued on the old plan on the very last day they offered it. The rate diff was 18 mo on a 10K policy (42 vs 60 mo which is a 43% increase) had she waited one more day and gone with Equitable on their new Heritage Protector Level.
