Does anyone know anything about Country Financial's (A+) LTC offerings. They recently bought Cotton States, which has expanded their coverage here in the SouthEast. I have never heard of CF as a LTC carrier, but their products, very nicely described on their web page, perfectly mirror the Mutual of Omaha 3/5/Myway products. Else, they are like StateFarm in being a home and auto shop that also sells other things.
They do not show up on any of my lists of LTC carriers of any worth, and are probably like Auto Owners and some others that people should not be bothering with. Maybe they have a few 1000 policy holders on the books and have never had to pay a claim yet?
I have made contact with a client who just happens to have a CF LTC quote in his hands....hence the inquiry.

well.....I guess the lack of response is as I expected. Not the most popular carrier on the planet obviously.
