Covid19 travel insurance?

So, mostly any country that is open internationally needs in addition to negative PCR test, covid19 insurance covering all related costs of being infected. As it's a necessity of travel instead of an optional luxury for alot of destinations, I'm curious as to the potential profits to be made. Anyone know about international traveler leads, or currently in the business of selling covid19 travel insurance that can shed some light? Thanks
