Credit Needed to Sell FE

Aw, c'mon Scott. Isn't this really a function of the quality of business you're/they're writing?

Won't "uplines" have a vested interest in this advice since they're concerned about chargebacks rolling up to them?

Yes. Some of them (uplines) benefit when the agent fails after a few months of selling. They get all the renewals.

But yes, I don't want any agents under me going that far in debt.

You don't need to give more examples of the kind of agents you are looking for.

I have never seen funeraldirector do any recruiting threads. He posts about getting out and knocking and talking to people.

Thanks for the Tip.

I do have a pretty hefty savings built up so theres no need for me to rush into anything (like an 80% contract) to be financially healthy,
I do however have a company in mind that a few acquaintances work for and they start out at 100%. One of the requirements that this company has tho is to have "good credit" as well as being completely new to Final Expense, im guessing its because they want you to be trained from scratch to do it their way.

I have good credit and am completly new to FX. Can you share the name of this company for me to contact, or call me at 800-683-0259? Thanks, Jim

Davis, Im sorry but I wouldnt feel right giving out the name of the company just yet as I havent finished my research on them. I would hate to put my name out there for something and have it be all just smoke and mirrors. On another note, Im sure that by now after your post you have been contacted by a few folks with 100-115% contracts.
Good luck in your new career and be sure to post your progress as you continue.

Thanks for the kind words, Peter. I have a lotta fun working the street...

I find it funny all the bickering. Many on this forum love being independent. I know I love being independent but there is something to be said for just having to keep on top of 1 carrier.
