I was going to try MP for the new year, but no call recording? If not, that kills it for me.

If you link your VOIP provider to it (I use Phone.com) it automatically syncs and pulls the recordings in and stores them under the clients notes. It does the same thing for text messages as well

So, you have to pay for another service and get a new phone number?

I like Less annoying CRM for it's simplicity and low cost. Take a look also and give Salespype Pro a free trial run. It also has a dialer available. I can also sent an occasional letter or direct mail if I want along with text and email of course,
