CRM + Marketing

I am seeking a CRM + marketing system. I want to be able to keep up with my clients and their policies and also have this same system used for marketing to prospective clients. It would have the ability to create email campaigns and be able to use a mail merge with template or form letters.

I have found different CRM's or Agency Management Systems and I have found marketing systems, but not the combination.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Take a look at Activator for ACT. It also works with Salesforce.

What type of insurance do you do?
I agree there aren't many management systems and prospect nuturing systems that come under one package. Management systems have a different role in life, I guess.

If you need to have carrier downloads (i.e., P&C), you have some significant limitations.

Thanks for the replies. I am multi-lines. I was captive, but recently opened up an independent p & c and we also do life.

I'd really like to find an all-in-one. I really like I-relay, but they are not compatible with my comparative rater. And they are geared more to life agents.

I want to be efficient and simplify instead of having an ams, a comparative rater, a crm and a marketing system.
