CT Exchange Certification

Did CT Exchange release any news about their certification? Are non-resident agents/brokers allowed?

According to this: http://www.ct.gov/hix/lib/hix/Brokers_Agents_Navigators_Meeting_June_20_2013.pdf only 250 brokers will be recruited to enroll in CT Marketplace.

Anyone knows the key for selecting the brokers?

Look at the slide right after that, it says on May 27th they reached out and got their 250 Brokers (I presume it was already completed because the presentation is dated June 20, how likely are they to put missed deadlines in without an update?)

I mean, it also says training started July 8th.

It also says those 250 brokers are expected to enroll 45,000 people, 180 people apiece over a 6 month OEP (Oct 1-Mar 31) is basically a single person per day...
