Customer Profile Managemet Software

Hello, I'm new in this forum. I'm an independent p&c agent starting an agency and I would like to know what are the customer's profile softwares that had worked for you and why. I had tried QQ Evolution and Matrix. I like Matrix better but I still want to look other options. Thanks!
