D&O Startup Real Estate

Does anyone know who will give me a number on a D&O operation.

The company is a real estate investment company. They are planning to buy a lot of different apartment complexes.

It is a startup, but the board has many highy qualified people who have managed big money accounts in the past.

The group plans to raise around $50 million, but I keep getting declined from our E&S carriers, because it is a startup.

Any suggestions or help out there? I really want to get this done so that they will let me in on all the complexes they plan to buy.

Real Estate investment is REALLY tough as far as D&O/E&O go.

I quoted out over a dozen carriers for a very similar risk, and the only one that could offer terms was Great American. You may want to see if they've been contacted yet. Also good with real estate risks is First City.

Let me know if you need wholesalers for either.

I am from Germany and the whole topic is quiet new to me so I decided to ask you guys here to give me some more facts about that kind of insurance because everytime I search for that I just get some ads and offers.

I just need some figures about the D&O Versicherung - Vergleiche
That is what it is called in german to get this clear.

Could you insure any amount and any mistake you like if the value is high enough?
