Has anyone ever hired someone who was a DACA recipient?! If so, how did that work out for you? Are there any specific things that you could advise me on? Is this a situation that gets too messy? I'm open for any advice and experience!

If complete border security doesn't make sense then partial barriers make even less sense. That said, people who overstay their visas are as big a problem. I was dating an Algerian in Queens who'd long overstayed her visa in 2001. After 9/11 she and I thought she would definitely be deported. Turns out, she had nothing to worry about.
I'm surprised The President hasn't declared that all people here illegally will register their whereabouts or be immediately deported once discovered.
