Dealing with Customers who Are Mean

Exactly, I was thinking about that too. I was getting in lead poverty mentality and I know that the answer is in more people to see and saying, "Next" while also being myself which is that I am a sweet , fun person so I will do evertything I can to help these people..but not be afraid to move on

I believe I am a good insurance agent. I also believe an insurance client is better served with me as their agent as opposed to many others. So if I choose to divorce them they lose. After 13 months of course

If any of these clients had been thinking, we wouldn't be selling them a $10k policy at age 70. Good try though. I love the Fe clientele, but I am doing be best to make sure I never become them.

Went for a ride along with a FE agent in NH 3 weeks ago and his second appointment gave me a boost in my motivation. I never want to end up living in a small 2 room apartment like he was living in.

after 10+ years as a restaurant manager and 10+ years in insurance (just dipping my toe in FE for the first time) I know that some people just love to share their bad day with others.

when dealing with the super cranky, i either am extra super nice (makes them even more upset) or I give it right back to them
