Does anyone know of a individual dental plan that includes the extraction of "impacted" wisdom teeth (In Florida)?

Most plans would consider that as a Major service which end up having a waiting period.

Humana has a dental HMO, no waiting period, no annual max. Don't know if it is available in FL or not, but if so it should work just fine.

I don't believe they do. 3 plans in FL that are offered, all of which have caps.
Dental Loyalty Plus
Dental Preventive Plus
&
Dental Value Plan (HI215) which is a discount plan.

That's why I suggested the above.
