I am currently looking for more dental leads. The leads I have now are great but I need more volume. If they are good, I need A LOT of volume. Does anyone know any good Dental leads out there? I prefer non-internet but if someone had a good experience with one, I will try anything.

Thanks!

If they're non-internet, what were you thinking?

Anything that is creative. Dialers, Print Advertising, Transfers, email, other media types.

I have 100s of agents across the country to feed.

What are you willing to pay per lead? Voice broadcasting may have been a viable option before the ban.

It obviously comes down to CPA but our lead budget is very high. Just on the lookout for any Dental Marketing ideas. We do not mess with Major Medical or really anything that has underwriting.

I talked with an agent last week that said he just signed up with an outfit that was providing leads generated through TV and for the life of me can't remember the name... if I think of it will post again. Ever think about marketing to the dentists?

Depending on the product it might help, but usually when folks are at the dentist and want insurance it's because there is a problem. If you have a good dental discount program that might not be a bad approach.

Good point Josh... the only reason I bring it up is I was at my dentist (with whom we've become friends) and we talked a bit and he said most of his business is 6-month check-ups. He's always trying to bring on new patients as that is really the only source of "predictable" income. Your right... alot of people look for insurance "after" something happens i.e. dental problem, car accident, etc. He actually had an insurance agents info at the check out desk and there are dental plans that just cover the basics. Of course I'm basing my posts based on what he says so I could be wrong overall... just offering an opinion.

Most dentists, including established practices, see very little traffic for anything other than 6 month cleanings. Times are tough for everyone, including dentists.

My dentist laid off a third of his staff 2 years ago and most of the rest are part time. He and his partner now alternate 2 & 3 day shifts. Office is closed on Friday and Saturday.
