Who has the better product? Medico's rates are lower and has a shorter waiting period. I notice that a lot of agents like UCT better though. Am I missing something?

You have to compare commissions. The better product has the higher commission.

Just make sure that when comparing Medico rates that you are using their new rates, which just went up... like 3 and 8 bucks (single and family). Not a deal breaker but a lot of old literature is still out there.

Medico rates won't change until 3-1, so I am using current ones. Even with the increase they will be cheaper. I think Rick might be on to something though. I will have to double check commissions.

So help me out with this. Do these plans reimburse their percentages based on "usual and customary" charges, or based on "actual" charges?
