Quick question what would be easier telemarketing Dental let's say average premium approx $40 or a term life.

The Dental really intrigues me because I think their is a lot of room for cross selling other products.

What's your opinion?

Dental might be a better hook. Seems like everyone wants dental insurance for $5 a month and 10k max.

I sold dental over the phone, policies are $20 if your lucky. I switched to life, never looked back.

I ask this because I've sold the medico & uct products & people like it. The ones I sold have stayed on but I haven't tried to sell that many. The commission is good & when I used it I liked it. Plus I think it gives you tremendous opportunity to sell other products.

That's why I possibly think it might be easier than soliciting Life. I was just trying to get feedback.

In this economy, I believe people would be more inclined to buy dental than life (unless you're effectively targeting the right demographic). I always wrote the product that was the best "foot-in-the-door" product rather than the products I wanted then would cross-sell what I really wanted once I got in the door like life and annuities. What is going to be "your" best foot-in-the-door product?
