Is there any carrier that will issue coverage for a diabetic that is on a pill with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Weight is not an issue he is 5'7" and 185.

Already sent in an underwriting opinion to anthem and they said decline. Golden Rule and Celtic said no to diabetes in any form.

Any ideas, I know it's a long shot.

I would say try Aetna, but oops they left your state. Even then they would probably be a no too.

If he didn't have those 3 conditions.
Those 3 conditions + 30 to 40lbs overweight exacerbates the risk.

Flat decline. Steer him to the PCIP if he qualifies (no coverage in the past 6 months.)
